This diorama shows the assault on "Pegasus Bridge" by the Ox and Bucks Light Infantry – the opening action of the invasion of occupied Europe in June 1944. This is part of a greater work in progress. The bridge was scratchbuilt. The damaged No.1 Horsa glider is an old Italeri version with a bit of damage. The figures are a mixture of Airfix, Drew's Militia, and ESCI. .
